We have a number of delivery options for you to choose from, depending on your budget and preference. We select our courier partners carefully to ensure they offer the highest level of service and value for money for you.

Order Before 3pm For Same Day Dispatch

Orders are despatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). All the below options are based on orders placed before 4pm (GMT) Monday to Friday. If you order after 4pm or at the weekend, your order will be despatched on the next available working day.

Royal Mail 24 & 48 will only deliver Monday to Saturday.

Royal Mail 24 is classed as a 1-2 day delivery service although many customers receive their order the next day, please choose DPD LOCAL for a guaranteed next day delivery.

Royal Mail 48 is classed as a 2-3 day delivery service.

Please allow 5 days for your order to be delivered. If you contact us without allowing 5 days, there's nothing our team will be able to do by way of help.

If you specifically paid for a Next Day service, please contact us immediately.

If it's been 5 days since your order was dispatched and it still hasn't arrived, please refer to the points below:

  1. Please check the delivery address you were given on your confirmation of order email. This is the delivery address you will have given us, and it is the main cause of customers believing their orders have yet to arrive (ie the order has been sent to a different address to the one the customer was expecting).
  2. We use branded tape packaged boxes, usually white envelopes and boxes, so it may in fact have arrived without you having noticed it!
  3. If you've checked points 1 & 2 and 5 days have passed, please contact us via call, email or WhatsApp. Let us know your order number and we will get the issue sorted as a matter of urgency. We dispatch fast and after that it's in the hands of Royal Mail, but 5 days is too long for anyone to wait for their cake decorating products.

Where is my order? I am a European customer

Please allow 14 days for your order to be delivered. If you contact us without allowing 14 days, there's nothing our team will be able to do to help.

Has my order dispatched yet?

We dispatch all orders placed by 3pm Monday to Friday (aside from Bank Holidays) the same day. Very, very rarely, we need to hold an order which might not be sent the same day. Examples of this could be due to delayed payment (pending PayPal review, for example), an out of stock item where we have reached out to ask about an alternative or when a customer has requested a change in order.

All orders placed after 3pm on a weekday will dispatch the next working day (ie Monday to Friday). You will also get an email confirming when your order has left our warehouse.

We pride ourselves on efficient and speedy dispatch, so rest assured, we're dealing with your order as quickly as we can!

 

How long does delivery take? 

We dispatch all UK orders via Royal Mail First Class and second class post (unless a "Next Day Guaranteed" service is paid for) and we dispatch all orders the same day if you order by 3pm in a week day (aside from Bank Holidays). This usually means it arrives next day, but this is never guaranteed and can sometimes take up to five days.

Orders overseas (to certain EU countries only) typically take 3-5 days from day of dispatch, although this can (rarely) take up to 14 days due to custom issues etc.

 

I paid for Next Day delivery and my order hasn't arrived

If you paid a premium for your next day guaranteed delivery and your order has not arrived, we will reimburse you, provided the courier has not attempted delivery.

This reimbursement does not apply when:

  • You placed your order after the cut-off time of 3pm Monday-Thursday or any time on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. If you need your order delivered on a Saturday, you can use DPD Saturday Delivery, which is available from 3pm Thursday-3pm Friday.
  • You placed your order on a Bank Holiday.
  • You placed an order with a next day delivery service on a Friday (next day deliveries only take place on working days (Mon-Fri). Please use DPD Saturday Delivery if you need your order delivered on a Saturday. Please note this service is available from 3pm Thursday-3pm Friday, and any orders placed after this time will not be delivered on Saturday.

If you feel you are owed reimbursement for the delay of a time-guaranteed delivery, please contact us, and include your order number and we will check the tracking and process a postage refund if necessary.

 

Can I track my order?

 

If you've selected standard delivery at checkout, your package will be shipped via Royal Mail First Class, which is not a tracked service.

If you've selected Express as your delivery method, you will receive a tracking email once your items have been dispatched.
