DPD Next Day deliveries are prioritized! The new cut-off time is 12 noon. Monday to Friday delivery only. No collection and delivery on Holidays.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 can take up to 3 to 4 days and Royal Mail Tracked 48 can take up to 5 days.
Click and Collect is temporarily not available until further notice.
If a tracking number was not linked to your order dispatch confirmation or if the tracking is showing manifested but no scans, please just let us know & we'll shoot one right across to you as soon as possible.

BREXIT INFORMATION - In line with the new Brexit regulation on January 2021, tax and duty fees will be collected. Payment instructions will be emailed to you by customs. Additional fees will be charged for the return or cancellation of the order in case the tax/duty is unpaid. ROYAL MAIL 24 First Class Service - From £3.45 to £4.50 (Dependent on weight) - The delivery aim is 1-2 days but sometimes deliveries can take up to 5 days.
ROYAL MAIL 48 Second Class Service - £45 up FREE - The delivery aim is 2-3 days but please allow 5 days for delivery.
ROYAL MAIL Tracked Priority £4.95 Flat rate - The delivery time frame is 1-2 days with trackable service.

Delivery times vary depending on location, feel free to contact us for additional information on International orders. Some Countries are not listed on our site due to the delivery rate being high. Note for the UK Orders (Except for DPD Next Day): Although 99% are delivered within the given time-frame, we strongly suggest allowing 5 days for your order to be delivered. Royal Mail 24 and Royal Mail 48 are not guaranteed services. If in doubt, Cake Craft Company recommends DPD.
Changed your mind? We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee on our returns except for edible products. This, however, is only available for UK mainland customers. This also excludes additional delivery charges that were made to send to you initially. You can contact us within 7 days upon the arrival date of your order. Please note the following:
Item/s must be new, unopened in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. It must also include your invoice order number. Your request will then be processed within 14 working days. Upon return of the item/s, The Cake Craft Company will investigate and you will be contacted within 14 days of receipt. If you contact us outside the 7 day period upon receiving your order, there is nothing we can do to proceed with your request.
