Couverture - is a chocolate with a high cocoa butter content (over 32%). The high content of cocoa butter gives chocolate couverture products a unique shine, long-lasting taste and a characteristic crunchiness (pralines, chocolates, bars, figures). Chocolate with couverture status is perfect for coating and decorating various types of baked goods and desserts.
Ingredients: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithin (E322), vanilla flavor; dark chocolate - milk-free couverture (minimum cocoa mass 55.7%); the product does not contain milk; product without lactose; vegan friendly product.
Storage conditions: chocolate should be stored in a dry and cool place, in a tightly closed container; protect against direct sunlight and foreign odors; the optimal storage temperature is 12-20 ° C; the maximum relative air humidity during storage is 70%.
