Most food colourings are water-based, which means they do not mix well with fats. When added to chocolate, cocoa butter, buttercream, or ganache, they can cause the mixture to seize, split, or become grainy. OptimumOil® is different. It is specially developed with an oil-compatible colouring system that disperses smoothly into fat-based ingredients. This allows the colour to blend evenly throughout chocolate, buttercream, ganache, and other oil-rich mixtures without affecting texture or stability. The result is smooth, vibrant colour with professional consistency, even in the most delicate fat-based applications.  That’s the OptimumOil® difference.
