It's easy to see why they're becoming such a popular choice amongst world-renowned cake artists and baking professionals.  Due to the high strength and concentration, you only require a tiny drop of colour to work with. We recommend building up the shade gradually using the tip of a cocktail stick. A little colour goes a long way, also making for a long-lasting and cost-effective purchase. We recommend approx. 10g per kg of paste. Many shades can be produced using just one colouring. Use a little more for vibrant, bold colours and use tiny amounts for more pastel, subtle tones.
