To make fragrant meringues and pavlova: Whip 300 g of mix with 90 g of hot water for about 10 minutes until a firm and the firm mixture are obtained. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and form small tufts on a sheet of baking paper. Bake for about 2 hours in a pre-heated oven at 60-80 ° C. (* About 80 meringues with a diameter of 2.5 cm).
Perfect for covering and decorating desserts: mount 300 g of mix with 90 g of hot water until the desired consistency is obtained. You will be able to create decorations with a solid structure but soft to the taste.
Ideal for stabilizing buttercream: use your usual recipe and add 30 g of a mix for 500 g of butter. You will get a perfect buttercream!
