The concentrated food flavouring pastes by Saracino offer a range of different uses and applications. These are also created with heat stability in mind making them ideal for baked applications. These flavouring pastes can also be used as they are, poured over ice cream, gateaux, yoghurt or other sweet treats, or used as a jam in baked sponges for exceptional flavour.
Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Eggnog Flavour
Dosage: 100/120 grams of flavouring paste for 1 litre of base mix
Use 100 grams of flavouring paste per litre of fresh cream in the case of mousse, 100 grams per litre of milk in the case of bavarois, 120 grams per kg of mixture of products in the case of cakes. As for the use in ice-cream 100/120 grams of pasta per kg of mixture.
Simply mix the flavouring paste with the other ingredients for about a minute to blend it perfectly.
Allergy advice: Contains eggs. May contain traces of peanuts, soy, milk, sulphites and nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pistachio).

Changed your mind? We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee on our returns except for edible products. This, however, is only available for UK mainland customers. This also excludes additional delivery charges that were made to send to you initially. You can contact us within 7 days upon the arrival date of your order. Please note the following:
Item/s must be new, unopened in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition. It must also include your invoice order number. Your request will then be processed within 14 working days. Upon return of the item/s, The Cake Craft Company will investigate and you will be contacted within 14 days of receipt.
