FunCakes rolled fondant is very flexible, smooth and easy to use because of its fine structure and malleability. The fondant is pretty soft and completely hardens after processing. The FunCakes rolled fondant Elegant Ivory has a nice ivory colour and a delicious vanilla flavour. FunCakes rolled fondant is available in many various colours.
Because of its satin finish, the FunCakes fondant is perfect for covering a cake with sharp edges. Do you wish to cut out cakes from the fondant, then you are sure to get neat, clean and sharp cut-outs. The great forgivability of the fondant makes it suitable for everyone, from beginner to professional!
With FunCakes rolled fondant you can easily model or create different shapes and designs. The fondant is also suitable for creating decorations. For 250g fondant add one full teaspoon with FunCakes CMC – Tylo Powder and/or water if needed. Knead well before use and roll out on a thin layer of icing sugar.

To cover a round cake with a diameter of 20cm, you will need approximately 500g of fondant.

Let the fondant come to ambient temperature.
Knead the fondant firmly until it is smooth and elastic.
Dust the work surface with a bit of icing sugar and roll out the fondant with a rolling pin to an even shape (2-3 mm thick). Turn the fondant a quarter to prevent sticking.
Are there still small cracks visible on the edges when the fondant is rolled out? Knead again firmly until the edges are smooth when rolling out. Then the fondant is ready for use.

Ingredients: sugar (80%), vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm), glucose syrup, water, humectant: E422, thickener: E415, E466, emulsifier: E471, preservative: E200, acid: E330, natural flavouring, colour: E150c. May contain traces of almonds. This product is Halal, Kosher D and gluten-free (NL-090-043) certified. Funcakes fondant is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

The package of this product contains the following languages: Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Swedish, Danish, Russian, Portuguese and Finnish.

Storage: keep in a dry, dark place, 15°C – 20°C.

Item/s must be new, unopened in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition. It must also include your invoice order number. Your request will then be processed within 14 working days. Upon return of the item/s, The Cake Craft Company will investigate and you will be contacted within 14 days of receipt. If you contact us outside the 7 day period upon receiving your order, there is nothing we can do to proceed with your request.
