Boab is a neutral Christmassy confection you'll want to eat with a spoon. Natural, earth colours with stunning pops of bronze.

Our Christmas Collection was inspired by the Australian bush at Christmas time, and features deep, earthy colours and gorgeous pops of Christmassy metallics. From wattle, eucalyptus and bottlebrush, to red dirt, bush tucker and tree bark, this collection will take you straight back to those hot and dusty summers of your childhood.

The full collection is available as individual 50g or 100g jars, or a bundle of  either 50g or 100g of each of the 12 blends.

Ingredients: Sugar, Tapioca starch, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup. Colours; E153, E172. Glazing agent: shellac. glazing agent (903), Food Colouring,

Care Instructions:

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight

As these sprinkles are hand-dyed in small batches, some colour variation may occur.

While these sprinkles are great for frosting, buttercream, ganache and chocolate, they are not colourfast on anything too ‘wet’ like cake batter or ice cream.
