Where is my order?
We are overcoming delays in this new normal...Please take note of the following:
I need my tracking number
If you have not received your tracking number with the order dispatch confirmation, then please email firstname.lastname@example.org and they will get back to you with a tracking number within 24-48 hours.
My order won't arrive on time.
This is our highest priority to ensure deliveries are dispatched on time with a reliable service provider, however, we understand that there is a possibility that the order could not make it to you on time. If the order is no longer required, you are able to reject the order upon delivery to reroute the parcel back to us for a full refund. Alternatively please email our customer service team at email@example.com
