The months ahead are going to be extremely challenging but we will protect and support our colleagues to the very best of our ability.  We will continue to answer as many phone calls as possible but would advise that all contact should be made via email or our social media accounts such as Instagram and Facebook.  Our colleagues working from home are in continual contact with the office and warehouses and will be able to offer you the same fast, friendly help we are known for.

Where is my order?

Have you seen our delivery pages here? It details all of our current delivery time-frames with notes on dispatch.

  • we have removed same day dispatch due to minimal staffing.

  • we have removed the guarantee on any orders due to the current situation.

  • our current delivery time frame is 3 to 5 working days.

Please bear with us, things are a little crazy over here with minimal staff but a major influx of sales, so please bear with us.

I need my tracking number

If you have not received your tracking number with the order dispatch confirmation, then please email to orders@cakecraftcompany.com and they will get back to you with a tracking number within 24-48 hours.

My order won't arrive on time.

This is our highest priority to ensure deliveries are dispatched on time with a reliable service provider, however, we understand that there is a possibility that the order could not make it to you on time. If the order is no longer required, you are able to reject the order upon delivery to reroute the parcel back to us for a full refund.
