Customer Service Operation - How we can help?

The months ahead are going to be extremely challenging but we will protect and support our colleagues to the very best of our ability.  We will continue to answer as many phone calls as possible but would advise that all contact should be made via email. Our colleagues working from home are in continual contact with the office and warehouses and will be able to offer you the same fast, friendly help we are known for.

Where is my order?


We are overcoming delays in this new normal...Please take note of the following:


  • We make an effort to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 days. 
  • DPD Next Day is now available. The new cut-off time is 12 PM. Monday to Friday delivery only. No delivery on Holidays.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 can take up to 3 to 5 days and Royal Mail Tracked 48 can take up to 5 to 8 days.
  • Click and Collect - The new cut-off is 6 pm. Orders will be picked and packed in the morning the next day and will be ready for collection. You will be notified via email once your order is ready to be collected.
  • If a tracking number was not linked to your order dispatch confirmation or if the tracking is showing manifested but no scans, please just let us know & we'll shoot one right across to you as soon as possible.


I need my tracking number

If you have not received your tracking number with the order dispatch confirmation, then please email orders@cakecraftcompany.com and they will get back to you with a tracking number within 24-48 hours.


My order won't arrive on time.

This is our highest priority to ensure deliveries are dispatched on time with a reliable service provider, however, we understand that there is a possibility that the order could not make it to you on time. If the order is no longer required, you are able to reject the order upon delivery to reroute the parcel back to us for a full refund. Alternatively please email our customer service team at orders@cakecraftcompany.com
