Need to cancel your order?

If you’ve placed an order and changed your mind, we may be able to assist if you contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order. This gives us time to ensure the order hasn’t been packed or dispatched yet.

Please include your order number when contacting us. Keep in mind that our dispatch deadline is 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Note: If your order was placed over the weekend or after 5 pm on weekdays, it might already be packed and ready to ship by the time we respond, and we may not be able to cancel it in time.
