We're aware of an issue concerning orders placed with your chosen carrier (Royal Mail) during last week that have still not been delivered. We have delved deep into the issue to find out more as explained below...

Royal Mail has confirmed that they experienced transit issues within our local depot during the end of last week, which has now been resolved.

However, hundreds of customers orders have been delayed due to this.

Royal Mail has also confirmed that all parcels are now in transit and should be delivered by tomorrow 24/07/2019 - as advised by Royal Mail.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. 


If you no longer require your order?

Please reject the parcel during delivery, this way, the package will be returned back to us for a complete refund.


Can I get a refund on my postage?

Yes, if you've been affected by this and paid for Royal Mail 24 (1-3 days) and it has been 4 working days or more that you have been waiting for your order, you are eligible for a refund on the postage cost paid.
