Crunchy Honeycomb Pieces are golden, irregular-shaped nuggets that add a satisfying sweet crunch to bakes and desserts. With a light, airy bite and a caramelised honey flavour, they work well scattered over finished bakes or folded directly into batters, buttercream and dessert toppings.

How to Use
Scatter directly over frosting, ganache or cream-based toppings just before serving for best crunch. Can also be folded into batters or pressed onto the outside of frosted cakes. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture as this will soften the pieces. For a finer texture, the pieces can be lightly crushed and mixed into buttercream, cheesecake fillings, or dessert sauces.

Recipe Idea: Honeycomb Chocolate Bark

Melt dark or milk chocolate and spread onto a lined tray. Scatter a generous handful of honeycomb pieces across the top while the chocolate is still wet, then leave to set at room temperature. Break into shards and serve as a simple, impressive treat.

Dietary Suitability: Suitable for vegetarians, vegans, diabetics, Kosher and Halal diets; however, the product is not Kosher or Halal certified.
