How to Use 

Mix into frostings, cheesecake fillings, or batters. The flavour is bold, so start with a small amount and build from there. In smoothies, one teaspoon is usually enough for a strong tropical flavour hit.

Recipe Idea: Passion Fruit Cheesecake 

Mix passion fruit powder into a cream cheese and double cream filling and pour over a classic biscuit base. Chill and finish with a scatter of Freeze Dried Passion Fruit Crunch on top for a layered tropical flavour with great texture contrast.
