Gone are the days of trying to evenly cut your cakes to resemble a diagonal shape. The pan gives you a finished look with one side higher than the other. The pan itself will sit evenly in the oven due to the support on the pan; this also ensures an even heat distribution.
The anodised aluminium also means you will have plenty of bakes with this pan due to its durability. To keep your pans looking their best hand wash them with a sponge and warm soapy water.
The pans come in 2 sizes - 6" and 10", each pan measures 2.5" deep (shorter side) and 4" deep (taller side).
