Sugar flowers are intricate, realistic floral decorations made from a type of sugar dough, often used to adorn cakes and other desserts. These edible flowers are crafted by hand and can be created using several techniques and materials.

They are extremely delicate due to their thin, brittle structure made from materials like gumpaste or fondant. They can easily crack, break, or lose shape if handled roughly or exposed to moisture and extreme temperatures. Proper storage, gentle handling, and careful transportation are essential to maintain their intricate beauty and prevent damage.
