  • food regulations vary widely worldwide - some stockists (even here in the UK!) refer to the Rolkem Crystals range as 'edible' but in the UK, EU, USA and Australia (among other countries) it is classed as 'non toxic / non edible' - the idea is that if any glitter finds its way on to the cake and is eaten unintentionally, it is still perfectly safe

Brexit Notice

As of January 2021, tax and duty fees may apply for EU customers. Payment instructions will be sent by customs. Failure to pay duties will result in additional fees and a 15% restocking fee if the order is canceled. Postage is non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by emailing us at orders@cakecraftcompany.com.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and take a photo of the damage with the driver present. Send the photo to orders@cakecraftcompany.com for further assistance.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for UK mainland customers (excluding edible products and additional delivery charges). Returns must be:

  • In new, unopened, and saleable condition.
  • Requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Accompanied by the invoice order number.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Edible products (due to food safety regulations).
  • Cut ribbons (non-refundable after cutting).
  • Edible prints and printers (printers lose warranty if used with icing sheets).

Kindly write the order reference number - RAN and the reason for the return on the package for a smoother return process. Also, please note that the return process can take up to 2 weeks.
