Callebaut produces the finest Belgian chocolate that is made from only the very best ingredients. Crafted from bean to chocolate, it is relied on every day by chefs and chocolatiers to create great tasting delights.

These extra-big baking drops have a creamy, caramelly taste with a subtle snap. With less cocoa butter in the recipe, they resist oven temperatures of up to 200C, making them the perfect, delicious addition to cookies and other baked treats.
