Sweet and fragrant, Nielsen-Massey’s Rose Water is distilled from the purest rose petals. With delicate floral notes, it’s commonly used in Middle Eastern, Indian and Greek cuisine, but also makes a luxurious addition to jams, drinks, and pastries such as baklava. Perfect for making subtly flavoured rice pudding or panna cotta, only a few drops are needed to achieve a luxurious flavour, and it also beautifully complements dark and white chocolate, vanilla and fruits such as strawberries. It has long been used as a substitute for wine in recipes, and a few drops can raise simple bakes like madeleines to a luxurious new level.

A bottle of rose water is the perfect addition to any home bar too. Pairing well with everything from rum and bourbon to Aperol and mezcal, it can be widely deployed in cocktails, whilst a splash added to hot tea makes a soothing beverage at any time of day.

  • All-natural rose water extract
  • A luxurious food addition
  • Great for cooking and baking
  • Complements vanilla and chocolate
  • Gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian
