Super-Strength Coffee Flavour – Premium Concentrated Food Flavouring

Bring the rich aroma and smooth taste of freshly brewed coffee to your recipes with Super-Strength Coffee Flavour. This premium concentrated flavour captures the deep, roasted character of coffee, adding warm café-style notes to desserts, beverages, and confections—without the strong caffeine impact.

Designed for bakers, confectioners, and coffee lovers alike, this high-potency coffee flavour oil delivers bold flavour with only a few drops. Its smooth roasted profile enhances cakes, chocolates, frostings, candies, beverages, and dessert fillings, creating indulgent treats with the comforting taste of coffee.

Perfect for both classic and creative recipes, this versatile water-soluble coffee flavouring performs beautifully in ganache, fudges, fondants, icings, and confectionery coatings. Whether you're crafting mocha desserts, coffee-flavoured chocolates, or gourmet baked goods, this flavour adds a luxurious depth that transforms everyday creations into café-inspired delights.

Key Features

  • Super-strength concentrated coffee flavour for rich roasted taste
  • Adds deep coffee notes to desserts, beverages, and baked goods
  • Ideal for cakes, chocolates, candies, frostings, and fillings
  • Water-soluble formulation suitable for many culinary applications
  • Available in 3.7 ml

Usage Tips

Because this flavour is highly concentrated, start with a small amount and adjust to taste.

  • 1 dram ≈ 1 teaspoon
  • Typical use in chocolate mixtures: ¼ – ½ teaspoon per pound of chocolate or coating
  • Suitable for ganache, fudges, fondants, icings, and confectionery coatings
  • If excessive flavour causes thickening, add a small amount of liquified coconut oil or cocoa butter to restore smooth texture

Ingredients: Water, propylene glycol, natural flavours, alcohol.

Enhance your desserts and beverages with the bold aroma and smooth richness of coffee, and turn everyday recipes into indulgent café-style creations with Super-Strength Coffee Flavour.
