Key Features

  • Super-strength concentrated raspberry flavour for powerful taste with minimal use
  • Sweet and tart berry profile reminiscent of fresh ripe raspberries
  • Ideal for chocolates, candy making, baking, frostings, fondants, and desserts
  • Water-soluble formulation that also performs well in confectionery coatings
  • Size: 3.7ml
  • Country of Origin: United States of America

Usage Tips

Because this flavour is highly concentrated, start with a small amount and adjust to taste.

  • Typical usage in chocolate mixtures: ¼ – ½ teaspoon per pound of chocolate or coating
  • Suitable for ganache, fudges, fondants, icings, and confectionery coatings
  • If excessive flavour causes thickening in chocolate, add a small amount of liquified coconut oil or cocoa butter to restore a smooth texture

Ingredients:
Propylene Glycol, Water, Flavouring, Colours: Allura Red AC (E129), Brilliant Blue FCF (E133).

Warning:
Allura Red AC (E129): May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Add a splash of berry brilliance to your culinary creations and let the lively flavour of raspberry turn every recipe into a deliciously memorable treat.
