Wood Grain Rolling Pin

Create natural timber-inspired cake textures with the Wood Grain Rolling Pin. Fine linear grain and organic variations capture the character of weathered wood, adding depth and movement to your fondant designs.

The detailed pattern makes a distinctive feature for rustic wedding cakes, woodland celebrations and botanical themes. Use it to texture fondant panels, tier coverings or decorative accents for a cohesive natural look.

Combine the wood grain effect with the Limestone Rolling Pin to introduce contrasting textures across your cake design.

Key Features

  • Detailed texture inspired by naturally weathered timber
  • Fine linear grain with organic variations
  • Creates a decorative wood effect on fondant
  • Suited to rustic, woodland and nature-inspired cake decorating
  • Complements woven, geometric, paper and stone-inspired textures
  • Size: 9 inches (approximately 22.9 cm)

Material & Care

Each rolling pin is made from PLA (polylactic acid), a plant-based bioplastic commonly produced from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugarcane.

To preserve the shape, detail, and longevity of your rolling pin:

Hand wash only
Use cool or lukewarm water with mild dish soap
Clean gently with a soft sponge or cloth
Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely
Do not use hot water
Do not place in the dishwasher
Do not soak for extended periods
Keep away from ovens, microwaves, direct flame, hot surfaces, and other high-heat environments

Because PLA can soften or warp when exposed to excessive heat, gentle washing and proper storage will help keep your rolling pin in its best condition.
