Your Delivery Options

Your delivery options are as follows for orders within the UK.

Please take note of the following:
  • We make an effort to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 days. 
  • Premium DPD Next Day cut-off time is 3 PM. Monday to Friday delivery only. No delivery and collection on Bank Holidays. 
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 can take up to 3-5 days and Royal Mail Tracked 48 could take up to 7-10 days.  
  • Click and Collect in London and Birmingham are available.
  • European delivery is now in 7 countries!  France - Germany - Spain - Italy - Netherlands - Austria - Ireland
  • Worldwide delivery is still temporarily unavailable.

  • Due to our new order processing system, we are unable to cancel and modify your order once its placed. Please ensure that your review and your orders before checking out!  
  • ROYAL MAIL still on strike! Please expect delays from Thursday 24/11 till 25/11 and 30/11 till 01/12 and 23/12 to 24/12 due to the Royal Mail strike. For faster delivery service, please select DPD Next Day delivery for urgent orders.

Note for the UK Orders (Except for DPD Next Day): Although 99% are delivered within the given time frame, we strongly suggest allowing 5 days for your order to be delivered. Royal Mail 24 is a first-class service that AIMS delivers in 3-5 days and Royal Mail 48 is a second class service in that they AIM to deliver 7-10 days.  If your order is urgent, please select DPD for Next Day service.

If it's been 5 days since your order was dispatched and it still hasn't arrived, please refer to the points below:


  1. Please check the delivery address you were given in your confirmation of order email. This is the delivery address you will have given us, and it is the main cause of customers believing their orders have yet to arrive (ie the order has been sent to a different address to the one the customer was expecting).
  2. We use discreetly packaged, usually white envelopes and boxes, so it may, in fact, have arrived without you having noticed it!
  3. If you've checked points 1 & 2 and 5 days have passed, let us know your order number and we will get the issue sorted as a matter of urgency. Send your inquiry to


BREXIT INFORMATIONIn line with the new Brexit regulation on January 2021, tax and duty fees will be collected. Payment instructions will be emailed to you by customs. Additional fees will be charged for the return or cancellation of the order in case the tax/duty is unpaid. If the order is not required anymore or if the duty fee is unpaid, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Note that the postage is non-refundable.
