Sunflowers Embossing Parchment Sheets – Pack of 6

Add bold botanical texture to cookies and confectionery with the Sunflowers Embossing Parchment Sheets. Featuring an all-over arrangement of layered sunflower blooms with detailed centres and petals, these sheets create a distinctive floral impression on royal icing, buttercream, melting chocolate and hard candy. The versatile design is ideal for summer celebrations, autumn bakes, weddings, birthdays and rustic or garden-themed cookie sets.

For royal icing, slowly press the embossed side onto freshly applied icing, working from one edge to help prevent air pockets. Allow the icing to dry completely before carefully peeling away the parchment to reveal the sunflower pattern. Leave the design understated or enhance selected details with piped accents or edible colour.

Made from 100% wood-pulp parchment, each sheet features a food-grade silicone coating on both sides and is heat resistant up to 450°F (approximately 232°C). The sheets can be reused a few times, depending on the ingredients used and how carefully they are handled.
