This impression mat from PME is ideal for use with a range of edible and non-edible materials including sugarpaste, fondant, gum paste, marzipan, and even modelling chocolate.

This textured embossing mat is double-sided, with grooves on both sides. This allows you to have either the polka dot effect in the indentations or as a fully raised bubble-like pattern.

Simply knead the sugarpaste, and roll to your desired thickness. Lay your impression mat on your fondant, rollover this lightly once more, and then peel the mat away!

Alternatively, if you want only a lightly impressed design, use a cake smoother to run over the mat instead of a rolling pin.

Mat measures approx 15.0cm wide by 30.5cm long.
