ShimmerDeluxe® Edible Metallic Spray – Professional Food Colouring (100ml)

Shimmering. Deluxe. Effortless Metallic Finish.

ShimmerDeluxe® Edible Metallic Spray - Amethyst Purple (100ml)

A professional edible metallic spray that delivers a smooth, even shimmer finish in seconds. Ultra-fine diffusion, high coverage, and brilliant metallic colour for cakes, desserts, chocolate and decorative work.

ShimmerDeluxe® is a premium edible metallic spray engineered to deliver an ultra-fine, even shimmer across cakes, desserts, chocolate work, decorations, and commercial pastry finishes.
Formulated with advanced micro-diffusion technology, each spray releases a controlled, consistent mist that covers surfaces smoothly without clumping, patchiness, or heavy speckling.

Perfect for professionals and passionate creators, ShimmerDeluxe® transforms ordinary finishes into high-impact visuals — from metallic highlights and full-coverage coatings to subtle shimmer effects.

Whether used on buttercream, fondant, chocolate shells, royal icing, macarons, or desserts, the finish is always clean, bright and beautifully reflective.

Key Features

  • Ultra-fine, professional metallic spray finish
  • Smooth, even coverage with no clumping
  • High-impact shimmer with minimal product
  • Quick-drying formula for efficient workflow
  • Works on buttercream, fondant, chocolate, royal icing, desserts & more
  • Perfect for premium cakes, wedding work, decorative accents and commercial production

How to Use: ShimmerDeluxe®

1. Shake the canister extremely well before use to ensure even colour distribution.
2. Hold the canister vertically, approximately 8-10 inches (20-25cm) away from the surface.
3. Press the nozzle gently to release the spray, creating a thin and uniform layer.
4. Adjust the distance and angle for the desired coverage and intensity.
5. Allow the sprayed surface to dry before serving or handling.
6. Apply additional coats if a stronger metallic shimmer is desired.
